Return & Refund Policy

If unhappy with your purchase please refer to the returns terms below.

Please first email emily.mylittlehalo@gmail.com to first let me know you wish to return an item. The good(s) must be returned (shipped) unused within 14 days of receipt, in immaculate condition and well packaged so that the items dont damage in transit. This means wrapping in a plastic bag before putting in an envelope in case the external packaging gets damaged. Only the cost and the goods will be refunded, not the cost of the original postage paid. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
