Custom-Made or Off the Rail - Women’s Wrestling Outfits Made for Champions
There’s something especially satisfying about seeing clothing I’ve made being worn exactly where it belongs: under the lights, in front of a crowd - and by a performer who really knows how to make an entrance.
Over the past few months, I’ve had the pleasure of creating several pieces of custom women’s pro wrestling gear for WWE star Zaria. What started as one of the sport's biggest stars buying an outfit directly from the My Little Halo store grew into two custom sets designed especially for her unique character and style.
Each outfit's different, but they all have that heavy metal, post-apocalyptic feel that works so perfectly for Zaria's in-ring persona. There are flames, chains, stars, zebra print, rhinestones and enough eyelets to have kept me busy for a small eternity.
Set One: Custom Red and Black Flame Wrestling Gear
This is the most recent outfit I've made for Zaria - a fully custom top and matching pair of lace-up wrestling pants in red and black.
The bikini-style top has a harness-inspired front, choker-style neck strap and a second set of crossover straps at the back for added security. When you’re creating women's wrestling gear for world champions, performing to audiences of millions it can’t just look good standing still. It needs to stay firmly in place through entrances, matches and everything else thrown at it.
The design was all Zaria's and features red metallic flames layered over matt black, finished with black and silver rhinestones. Black lacing across the bust, silver rivets and gunmetal chains add even more detail without losing the strong flame design.
Matching wrestling pants continue the flames down each leg, with black and silver rhinestones to really catch the light. The sides are completely open and laced, with red faux leather detailing, rows of silver eyelets and rivets.
The waistband opens fully at both sides and can be adjusted using snaps. I also added matching flame pockets on the back, a lace-up fly, belt loops, rings and more gunmetal chains. Subtle was never really part of the brief.

Set Two: Zebra Print, Red Stars and a Custom Matching Top
The second outfit began with a pair of pants from my shop.
Those red, black and zebra-print bottoms you see in the pictures feature double lace-up sections at the front and sides. The sides open fully and can be adjusted with snaps, while red faux leather stars run throughout the design.

After buying these, Zaria asked me to create a custom bra top and choker to match them. So I made sure the top alternates between red and black, with zebra-print accents and red stars connecting it visually to the pants.
Again, the outfit has a halter strap and crossover back straps for additional hold, while the matching red, black and zebra choker is finished with chains, rivets and a statement star.
This was a particularly fun set to make because Zaria gave me plenty of input while also allowing me a degree of freedom with the final design. In my experience, it's that collaboration that often makes custom female pro wrestling outfits really work. The finished gear needs to feel like it belongs to the wrestler rather than simply being something they were handed by the wardrobe team.

Set Three: Where It All Started
Zaria’s first My Little Halo outfit wasn’t a custom order at all. She put it together using two pieces already available from my ready-to-go women's wrestling outfits: a black and silver rivet bustier and a pair of lace-up heavy metal rivet shorts.
The black bustier combines lace, faux leather, silver eyelets, rivets and chains, while the shorts feature open lace-up sides and rows of metal detailing. Together, they created a hard-edged black and silver outfit that suited Zaria immediately.
That first purchase led to a return visit, then custom pieces and eventually complete custom wrestling sets. I’m delighted that Zaria has become such a fan of My Little Halo and even more delighted to keep making gear for her.
